Embracing Imperfection: The Daily Strive for Progress, Not Perfection

Reminder: You don’t have to hit the mark every single day.

It’s normal for some days to feel less fruitful than others.

We often judge ourselves more harshly than anyone else.

I tend to be hard on myself, seldom pausing to acknowledge my progress.

Comparing myself to others happens, yet I know everyone's definition of success varies.

Showing up and giving my all daily is key.

And on days when my all doesn't quite cut it, that's alright.

Just do your best each day and go easy on yourself ✌🏽
