Over 90% of LinkedIn users never engage with posts.
No likes. No comments. No shares.
But that doesn’t mean they’re not watching.
LinkedIn engagement stats are wild:
1%–2% of users actively create content.
9% engage by liking, commenting, or sharing.
The other 90%? They just watch.
They just be lurking out here...
And yet, some of the most meaningful connections I’ve made here have come from that silent majority—the ones who never engage but still follow along.
That’s the power of showing up and building in public.
