Most people don’t realize the real strength they have inside—until someone shows them.
Most people don’t realize the real strength they have inside—until someone shows them.
This past Thursday, I had the chance to stand in front of some of the most incredible state-level leaders—the ones quietly working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, often without recognition.
We connected on a deep level, sharing stories, shedding tears, and laughing together.
I shared my refugee story and how art has transformed my life over the years.
Together, we wrote letters to our future selves and screen printed posters as powerful reminders of the strength we all carry.
The privilege of empowering these leaders to embrace their strength, connect with their purpose, and walk away with a renewed sense of impact is everything.
The energy in the room was electric, and it reminded me why I love what I do.
Empowering leaders to embrace their resilience and use it as a tool for growth and impact—it’s a privilege I never take for granted.
This is the work that truly matters.
Huge S/O to my friends at The Luke Center for Catalytic Leadership
