Mastering Consistent Writing: A Simple Weekly Routine

This year, I've set a simple goal for myself: write something every day, no matter what.

Here's how I keep it chill and manageable:

Every Sunday evening is my writing time. I spend a couple of hours then and there, and I get all my writing for the week done.

While writing, I stick to these 3 simple questions:

#1 Is this something my readers will find useful or enjoyable?

#2 Does it align with the things I'm passionate about, like writing, the journey of being an author, and storytelling?

#3 Will it connect with people who read it?

I also have a little trick up my sleeve. I use tools to check which of my previous writings got good vibes from people.

I take those pieces, freshen them up, or use them to spark new ideas.

And here's a small thing I do that makes a big difference:
Whenever an idea pops into my head, I quickly type it into a note on my phone.
That way, when Sunday comes, I've got a bunch of ideas ready to turn into stories.

It's pretty straightforward, really.

If you've got any tips or tricks for writing regularly, feel free to share them in the comments. I'd love to hear! 👇🏼
