Improve Your LinkedIn Strategy by Noting What Catches Your Eye
If you're an author, don't just scroll LinkedIn today.
Learn to do this instead.
Study while you scroll.
When you're reading other posts, ask yourself: What made me hit the "Read More" button?
What was the hook that got my attention?
What's the hook in the ad?
What's not interesting?
What's too long to read?
What video do I like or dislike?
As you scroll and note these things, you're studying what works and what doesn't.
When you go to post, you can write better hook lines, better structure, and overall make better use of the platform.
When you notice what works, you can apply it to your strategy and tailor your tone to your audience.
This is what I try to keep an eye on:
What's getting my attention, and why?
