Focus on Your Audience, Not Just the Algorithm

This is something so many authors struggle with when it comes to marketing themselves.

Replace the word algorithm with an even more important word:

Audience.

Who is your audience as an author?

Who vibes with what you share?

What do they need to hear from you?

It's not about talking about what you do.

It's about sharing the problems your audience may have and how you overcome and work through them.

This approach is helpful and relatable.

This shifts your focus from when or how often you post, or what makes LinkedIn's algorithm favor your content.

It's more about understanding what's interesting to your audience and when they prefer to see your content.
