Strategic Follow-Ups: Why Timing and Simplicity Are Key to Sealing the Deal

Your follow-ups are not working.

Most authors need to follow up with whom they seek to work with or when an opportunity presents itself.

That's a missed opportunity.

My follow-ups weren't working before, so I started using this method.

After I send a Proposal, I wait 2-3 days and send this email.

Subject line: ( Thier Name X Your Name )
Hello (Their name )

Have you given any additional thought to my proposal? I’d be happy to do a quick recap over the phone or via email to answer any questions.

When would suit you for a quick conversation?

Best,

Here's what I did differently. I made the email simple, and I only try to do follow-ups on Mondays & and Wednesdays

Everyone does a follow-up email differently; this works really well for me as I only follow up once.

Keep it moving. I don't bother with more follow-ups; if my service isn't what they want, then we move on.

I hope that helps!

Here's where I'm sending my follow-ups for the week!
